Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Move Category sourcing strategy and risk management for Turkey
- Own the E2E contract process.
- Own supplier relationships and supervise supply processes.
- Manage the annual budget planning.
- Support productivity pipeline and deliverables.
- Support and execute the category sourcing strategy and risk management for Turkey
- Own the E2E contract process.
- Introduce / Develop new/existing logistics suppliers, manage the relationships, supply/quality issue resolutions and supervise supply processes.
- Manage the annual budget planning and reports.
- Support move productivity pipeline and deliverables including new innovations, value engineering & new supplier qualification/onboarding.
- Manage customs broker agreements
- Support move team in reporting financial figures to local/sector finance.
- Maintain up to date market intelligence to manage the price risks
- Share relevant information to prepare monthly KPI reports
- Reconcile weekly supplier invoices and tracking invoices with finance
- Coordinate with the logistics teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields are preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement.
- Proven ability to lead strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier relationship management, and total cost of ownership projects.
- Strong drive for results, with the ability to communicate persuasively, overcome barriers, and leverage business insights to achieve objectives.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and build productive networks.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated teamwork and remote team leadership capabilities.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate and drive projects while developing the capabilities of others.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment.
- Valid driver's license.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel for business purposes.
