You’ll work closely with Tia’s nurse practitioners and other clinical team members, contributing to case collaboration, clinical teaching, and the continued development of our care model. You may also have opportunities to provide feedback and clinical insights to Tia’s technology and care innovation teams as we continue improving the tools and systems that support our patients and providers.

- Collaborate closely with Tia’s interdisciplinary care team, including nurse practitioners, behavioral health providers, acupuncture providers, and clinical support staff.
- Support clinical teaching, case consultation, and collaboration across the care team.
- Provide clinical guidance and collaboration to advanced practice providers, as appropriate.
- Contribute feedback and clinical insights that help improve Tia’s care model, workflows, and technology.
- Stay current on evolving research and incorporate evidence-based practices into day-to-day clinical care.
What You’ll Bring
- Board-certified or board-eligible Physician in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, with an active, unrestricted California medical license.
- 3+ years of outpatient primary care experience preferred.
- Experience providing routine gynecologic and women’s health care within a primary care setting.
- Comfortable providing comprehensive primary care, including preventive care, chronic condition management, acute concerns, basic dermatology, STI screening, UTI and vaginal infection care, pelvic pain, abnormal bleeding, and birth control counseling.
- A collaborative approach to working with nurse practitioners and other members of an interdisciplinary care team.
- Commitment to evidence-based, inclusive, affirming, and patient-centered care.
- Willing and eligible to complete required credentialing and payer enrollment.
