The IAG Associate provides support to senior members of the team that develop and provide recommendations for the firm’s overall investment outlook, including capital market forecasts, strategic and tactical asset allocation guidance/management and portfolio construction solutions that supports $300 Billion of assets under advisement for private and institutional clients.Working under the direction of senior investment professionals, the Private Capital Analyst supports the sourcing, evaluation, due diligence, selection, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of private investment opportunities across private equity, private credit, private real assets, secondaries, co-investments, and fund-of-funds strategies.
The analyst is responsible for conducting investment research, analyzing manager performance and portfolio construction, preparing investment memoranda, supporting operational due diligence activities, and producing ongoing monitoring reports for approved managers and funds. The role requires strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills, as well as a passion for private markets investing and manager research.
The analyst also serves as a resource for advisors and clients by helping develop and present educational content, investment insights, and portfolio construction guidance related to private equity and broader private capital allocations.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, statistics, or economics. 3 years of investment related experience Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) Strong quantitative, research and analytical skills Ability to take initiative and work on multiple tasks or projects at one time Exceptional level of skill in use of MS Office Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong academic pedigree, e.g., MBA, PhD &/or other post-graduate degree from top-tier academic institutions CFA Charterholder or other relevant designations 5+ years of macro, asset allocation, portfolio construction and/or related experience Prior experience in writing and presenting on macro strategy, asset allocation, and investments Ability to translate complex analytical information into understandable terms for investment advisors, clients and other audiences Experience with investment research tools such as FactSet, Bloomberg, Thompson One, and Haver Analytics and highly skilled in MS Office PowerPoint and Excel
