Full-time 1st Shift Electromechanical Field Service Technician
Pay: $28-$38 per hour - Paid Weekly
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with weekend duty every four weeks, along with overtime and on-call opportunities.

What You'll Do:
As a 1st Shift Electromechanical Field Service Technician, you will work at customer locations, diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining industrial electromechanical equipment. Your responsibilities will include reviewing work orders, conducting equipment tests, inspecting components, and determining repair solutions. You will replace worn parts, perform laser alignments and dynamic balancing, collect vibration readings, and verify equipment operation post-repair. Additionally, you will use specialized repair equipment, maintain service documentation, operate lifting equipment safely, interpret technical plans, and communicate effectively with customers about their equipment.
Who We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Valid driver's license
- Millwright experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- 3+ years of experience with industrial electromechanical rotating equipment
- Excellent computer skills
- Possess own tools and toolbox
- Willing and able to be on-call one weekend every 4 weeks
- Ability to understand, perform, and retain skill-related training and operational and safety procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to pass a DOT physical
- Ability to work overtime
