Fundraising Events Assistant | Entry-Level

We’re hiring Entry-Level Fundraising Events Assistants to support nonprofit campaigns, live fundraising events, and community outreach initiatives.

This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates, career changers, and motivated individuals looking to build a career in fundraising, event marketing, public relations, community outreach, or customer engagement.

No fundraising or event experience required. Paid training and mentorship provided.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with nonprofit fundraising events and community campaigns
• Represent charitable organizations professionally at live events
• Engage with attendees and educate the public about nonprofit causes
• Support donor engagement and fundraising initiatives
• Assist with event setup, coordination, logistics, and breakdown
• Help create positive experiences for event attendees and supporters
• Collect feedback and track campaign activity
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve outreach and fundraising goals
• Participate in training focused on communication, leadership, and event marketing

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, fundraising, nonprofit work, public relations, or event coordination is a plus but not required.
