TITLE Dialogue and Campus Partner Assistant

PAY RATE $15/hr
THE OPPORTUNITY
Supports program development and student engagement by coordinating community conversations and building relationships with campus partners.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Program Coordination (Community Conversations)
- Schedule and confirm weekly facilitators and discussion topics
- Ensure topics are finalized in a timely manner
Campus Engagement & Partnerships
- Build relationships with student clubs and organizations
- Coordinate collaborative and co-facilitated Community Conversations
- Attend campus events to promote visibility and engagement
- Identify and share partnership opportunities with your supervisor
Engagement Strategy
- Develop ideas to increase attendance and participation
- Gather informal feedback to improve programming
Awareness & Outreach Programming
- Support heritage month and awareness-related tabling/events
- Collaborate with Marketing on outreach efforts
Space Contribution
- Update and maintain the Heritage Board monthly
Additional Duties
- Support office events and initiatives
- Facilitate community conversations as needed
- Weekly office hours as needed
- Assume additional responsibilities as required.
