Zalando’s ERP team is looking for a Bucharest based Senior VIM Consultant to support the execution of our Invoice processing within P2P direct and indirect Procurement strategy by developing and scaling core business processes.

You will join a diverse and international team of 15 ERP consultants managing P2P, B2B, SD and POS processes in on-prem SAP S/4 systems and associated integrations. Our work environment is fast-paced and we utilize the latest SAP/ VIM and Coupa technologies. Teamwork and knowledge sharing come first in our team. We encourage innovative thinking and process improvement, automation, even beyond standard practices while we keep our eyes on Clean Core principles..

As a Senior VIM Consultant with emphasis you will offer support to the many stakeholders our broader team serves with a healthy mix of maintenance and project support. With your experience as a consultant, you will also help shape and grow the team and support processes moving forward, sharing and applying your experience.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• Architect the end-to-end integration of OpenText VIM into S/4HANA MM, Coupa and FI landscapes.

• Design robust, global templates for automated 3-way matching, EDI inbound/outbound processing, and exception routing.

• Define the technical strategy for automated tax compliance, localized legal requirements, and automated debit/credit note generation frameworks.

• Evaluate and implement advanced OCR (Optical Character Recognition) / IES (Information Extraction Service) models for invoice data capture.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• Experience: 5 - 8+ years of SAP Accounts Payable (AP) experience, with 4+ years specifically architecting OpenText VIM solutions .

• You have strong English language skills to thrive in an international environment.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or equivalent experience .

• OpenText VIM certification is a strong plus.
