任职要求：
教育背景： 计算机科学、软件工程、信息技术或相关专业本科及以上学历（优秀应届毕业生优先）。
技术基础： 具备扎实的编程基础，熟悉面向对象编程思想。
技术栈要求：
熟练掌握 C# 编程语言。
了解 .NET Framework / .NET Core/.NET 6+ 开发框架。
了解基本的数据库操作，熟悉 SQL 语言（如 MySQL, SQL Server）。
了解 WPF、Web 开发基础知识（HTML, CSS, JavaScript）。
了解AI Agent开发开发基础知识优先。
综合素质：
具备良好的逻辑思维能力、问题分析能力和解决能力。
强烈的求知欲和快速学习能力，愿意钻研新技术。
优秀的团队合作精神和沟通能力，能够与不同职能的同事有效协作。

Key Responsibilities:
Participate in Software Development: Under the guidance of senior engineers, participate in requirement analysis, system design, coding, and unit testing for software projects.
System Maintenance & Optimization: Responsible for the daily maintenance, bug fixing, and feature iteration of manufacturing-related applications to ensure stable system operation.
Documentation: Prepare clear technical documents, including design specifications, unit test reports, release notes, and user guides.
Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team code reviews and work closely with team members to jointly solve technical challenges.
Technology Learning & Application: Proactively learn new industry technologies and attempt to apply them in actual projects to improve development efficiency and system performance.
Cross-functional Communication: Assist in gathering and analyzing system requirements from internal business departments (e.g., Production, Operations) and provide corresponding technical support.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields (Outstanding fresh graduates are preferred).
Technical Foundation: Solid programming foundation with a good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
Technology Stack:
Proficient in C# programming language.
Familiar with .NET Framework / .NET Core / .NET 6+ development frameworks.
Basic knowledge of database operations and proficient in SQL (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server).
Basic knowledge of WPF and Web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Basic knowledge of AI Agent development is a plus.

Strong curiosity and fast learning ability; willing to dive deep into new technologies.
Excellent teamwork spirit and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different functions.
