Salary: up to JP¥10,000,000 annually

The Role
This role will collaborate with senior data scientists to provide technical support in diverse real-world scenarios within the financial industry, including data analysis, model building, and operational design (MLOps). Additionally, you will work with AI consultants to help clarify analysis requirements and support technical proposals, while contributing accumulated practical knowledge to the company's core technologies and solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Technical support for data analysis projects at financial institutions (collaborating with senior DS)
- Design, construction, and evaluation of machine learning models centered on tabular data
- Data processing, feature engineering, and metric design using Python
- Model design and implementation considering production operations (including MLOps perspective)
- Collaboration with AI consultants to clarify analysis requirements and issues from a technical perspective, providing proposal support
- Designing and accumulating reusable analytical patterns and model libraries for the company
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of practical work experience in machine learning
- Practical experience in analyzing structured data (tabular data)
- Practical experience in understanding business challenges and creating value through analysis
- Experience in data analysis or model development within the financial industry
- Experience completing the full process of modeling, evaluation, and application using Python or R
- Experience conducting analysis using data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery
- Business level proficiency in Japanese
- Business level proficiency in English
- Master's degree in Applied Mathematics, Information Science, Econometrics, or related fields is a bonus
