Inside Sales Rep Lead

Responsibilities

Position responsibilities:  

• The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for all reactive inside sales customer service tasks and reporting, communicating through calls, email, and chat support instances

• This position provides coaching and feedback to insides sales and ecommerce representatives on call center initiatives, such as route planning and holiday handling

• You will establish relationships with our outside sales and cross functional teams across all market units as well as build promotional and operation alerts in salesforce

• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:  

• Must be at least 21 years old

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree and 0 to 1 plus years of related experience or 1 to 2 plus years of general experience  

Preferred Education and Experience:  

• Bachelor’s Degree
