Resident Pharmacist

## Tasks

As a resident **Pharmacist,** you will be supporting our existing pharmacy team by ensuring proper patient consultation, order fulfilment and the quality management system. Of course, as patient care is the key responsibility and our primary focus, your impact would be to help develop processes and a setup with the best possible processes, efficiency and quality to support the company growth and optimize fulfillment costs.

• Management of the dispensing and fulfilment process
• Conducting medication checks and customer consultations in compliance with Dutch legislation and collaboration with our German pharmacists
• Supporting the team-led operations of the customer care department for prescriptions
• Contribute to process development and implementation for medication checks and customer consultations
• Maintain process development and implementation for prescription and medication order processing
• Aim towards company KPIs regarding growth targets in prescription and medication order processing, as well as fulfilment process times and costs
• Maintaining contact with clients, physicians and supply chain partners
• Ensuring the smooth ongoing operation of the regular digital prescription process

## Requirements

• Must possess **a completed degree in Pharmacy from a German / Dutch university**
• Minimum of **4 years experience** as a pharmacist (this **includes** industry experience completed as part of degree)
• Full working proficiency in **English** (German is desirable)
• Good oral and written communication
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Proactive attitude and result-oriented
• Collegial and a team player
