Overview
Responsible for transporting patients safely and courteously following scheduled routes. Must assist clients compassionately, maintain vehicle logs, and follow safety protocols. Requires a high school diploma, BLS certification, medical examiner's certificate, and NH driver's license. 1-2 years of patient transport experience preferred. Day shift hours from 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday-Friday as needed.

Job Summary
Hours range from 7:30am - 4:30 pm M-F. This is a per diem position and will be as needed.Responsible for providing safe, courteous, and on schedule
transportation to our clients.
Essential Functions
-Follows Care Van schedules and communicates with staff regarding all aspects of clients’ transportation.
-Assists clients in a prompt, helpful, courteous and compassionate manner.
-Communicates any vehicle maintenance needs to the appropriate staff.
-Ensures that vehicle mileage and maintenance logs are current.
-Follows outlined safety protocols in emergency situations.
