We are looking for a motivated and experienced **QA** to join our growing team in Niš, Serbia. Are you a strong team player, able to communicate clearly and with a pragmatic mindset? Are you passionate about technology and enjoy learning new things? Let’s talk!
## Tasks
- Execute (manual) test cases and analyse results
- Identify, document and report bugs
- Design and write test cases
- Verify and re-test bugs reported by clients and other stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with our development team in troubleshooting issues
## Requirements
- **Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience**
- **3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance**
- Experience designing, documenting, and executing test cases
- Experience in manual and/or automated testing
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira or similar)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Clear and structured communication skills
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
- **Fluency in English**
