Senior Specialist Operations Planning & Controlling

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Secure subcontractors’ capacity and commitment to drive delivery fulfilment
• Enable new subcon sites according to IFX supply chain process and requirement
• Drive subcon to meet planning KPIs targets defined
• Long term forecast (Business Scenario / Scenario Planning):
• Review flexibility (subcon-subcon split) in alignment with quarterly rationalization results
• Aligning new products or make/buy decision with PUR & BE OPC
• Work closely with Biz Div in HQ on outsourcing plan / roadmap
• Near / Mid-term forecast (Production Program):
• Review and define Bottle neck in IFX planning system (SPL-UI)
• Secure and update capacity in IFX planning system (SPL-UI)
• Quarterly loading rationalization to optimize cost
• Align with internal stakeholders(eg. test segment) for non-turn key production flow
• Work with Biz Div on outlook and allocation if needed
• Escalation management on capacity issue at subcons
• Consigned capacity optimization
• Suppliers’ Management Relationship (low to middle management)
• Interface to Biz Div on productivity projects @ OSAT
• Supply Chain Projects to improve effectiveness and efficiency especially in area of planning
• Reporting on following (not limited to below):
• Subcontractors’ potential maximum capacity for Infineon
• Demand Commitment versus Forecast
• Volume Trend Reporting in relation to Business Environment

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Supply chain planning / Industrial Engineering
• Subcon management with capacity planning experience
• English proficiency
