Pyramid Healthcare Poconos is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients, staff, and visitors. If you take pride in your work and enjoy being part of a supportive healthcare team, we’d love to hear from you!
✨ What You’ll Do
• Clean and sanitize patient rooms, clinical areas, offices, lounges, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces
• Change and replace linens in client rooms following discharge
• Restock bathrooms and supply areas with linens, toiletries, and other essentials
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
• Complete assigned cleaning checklists accurately and on time
• Follow infection control procedures, safety guidelines, and standard precautions
• Use cleaning chemicals and supplies according to company procedures
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility
• Assist with additional housekeeping duties as needed
✅ Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications are a plus

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to problem-solve and respond appropriately in urgent situations
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
💪 Physical Requirements
This role requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and work in a healthcare environment where exposure to illnesses or behavioral health situations may occur.
