Senior Product Manager
Medical Device Recruiters is representing an innovative Medical Device Company that designs and develops advanced implants, instruments and biologics used in the orthopedic space. This organization located in the South Florida area is looking for a Product Manager with 5 + years of experience in medical device marketing working with implants and biologics used in orthopedics, preferably Shoulder and Elbow procedures. This position will have responsibility for both upstream and downstream marketing activities related to a specific platform of products. You will have responsibility for the conceptualization, development, launch, and post-launch related training/management of all related implants and instruments. This individual will be in charge of this business like it was their own company. The hiring manager is a hands off type of leader looking for someone that they can collaborate/plan with on a strategic level and then trust that the individual will work to execute the plan.
Income opportunity would be based on experience level but could range from $125K to $160K on a base salary, plus bonus, full benefits, all expenses, 401K and stock purchase plan. Relocation assistance would be available/offered.
