Description
We're hiring Community/Disability Support Workers.
Start Date:
- ASAP.
- Must be available on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (mornings).
Requirements:
- Driving with full Australian driver’s licence and own a car.
- Comprehensive Car Insurance.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check.
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2-years of experience as a Disability Support Worker or AIN.
- Highly experienced with manual handling/hoist and high-care intensity care support.
- Initiative to support clients in achieving their goals and building community connections.
- Experience with PEG-feeding and monitoring via feeding pump (mandatory).
- Understanding of BiPAP support.
- Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS clients.
- Assist with daily living, personal care, domestic tasks, transport, and community access.
- Support clients attending appointments and engaging in social activities.
- Plan and accompany clients on outings and activities.
- Timesheets with a clear monthly statement of hours.
