Main tasks:
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions for manufacturing and supply chain
- Ensure scalable, standardized, and compliant system architecture across the program
- Enable and optimize end-to-end processes across production, quality, and supply chain (GMP environment)
- Drive integration across SAP and adjacent systems (MES, LIMS, shopfloor/automation)
- Deliver data-driven and highly automated processes leveraging modern SAP technologies (e.g., SAP BTP, SAP Build, AI Services)
- Ensure regulatory compliance (GxP, CFR Part 11, Annex 11, ISO 27001), including CSV and audit readiness
- Act as key interface to senior stakeholders across business and IT; translate requirements into solution architecture
- Provide governance across project and program lifecycle
Your qualifications:
- Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
- Several years of experience in SAP solution design and implementation
- Strong expertise in S/4HANA and SAP BTP
- Solid understanding of ISA-95 integration (MES ERP)
- Experience with regulated environments (pharma/life sciences preferred)
- Knowledge of GxP, CFR Part 11, Annex 11, ISO 27001
- Exposure to MES and OT/automation systems is a plus
- Fluent in German and English
