Overview
As a Swim Instructor Coordinator at the Cape Ann YMCA, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our Swim Academy. Your responsibilities include managing lesson scheduling and rosters, responding to member inquiries, coordinating registrations and skill assessments, and supporting staff development through training and mentoring. You'll also lead curriculum implementation, manage private lesson enrollment, and maintain facility standards. This full-time leadership role requires previous swim instruction or lifeguarding experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to obtain relevant certifications within 90 days. You'll help build confident swimmers while being part of a mission-driven organization focused on community impact.
