Support Pharmacist - Clonmel

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Support Pharmacist to join the team in our McCauley Poppyfields Pharmacy in Clonmel.

This is a 36-hour permanent position with the store's opening hours operating between 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to  6p.m. on Sunday.

The team currently comprises a Store Manager, an Assistant Store Manager, 1 Supervising Pharmacist, 1 Relief Pharmacist, 2 Technicians and 7 Healthcare Advisors.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the day to day running of the dispensary
• Take final responsibility within the store for Stock Management specifically relating to, purchasing, ordering, stock management, merchandising, date checking and stocktaking
• Take final responsibility for ensuring controlled drugs regulations are strictly adhered to
• Take final responsibility for Pharmacy Presentation Standards

Requirements:

• Must have PSI registration and hold a degree in Pharmacy
• Have the ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• Must be capable of working on own initiative
• Drive business within the dispensary and store
• Ability to communicate and get along with a variety of different personalities
• Proactively drive excellence in customer service throughout the store at all times
