Business Analyst

What success looks like in this role:

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Deployment teams to support end-to-end customer onboarding to SEA Platform solutions.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer/Account teams to gather and translate onboarding requirements.

• Translate customer-specific business needs into clear technical requirements and implementation plans.

• Create and maintain user stories, onboarding workflows, and acceptance criteria for deployment activities.

• Develop process flows, system diagrams, and onboarding documentation (e.g., using Visio or similar tools).

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and customer-facing teams to ensure smooth onboarding experiences.

• Support configuration and integration of platform components within customer environments.

• Analyze solutions performance, customer usage, and product metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

• Identify and drive automation opportunities within onboarding and deployment processes.

• Operate within ITSM / Service Desk environments to support onboarding-related incidents, requests, and changes.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment between deployment and development teams.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Strong technical background with solid understanding of system architecture, product design, and platform solutions (supported by a degree in Informatics and/or 5+ years of experience working with IT solutions).

• NV1 security clearance required.

• Good understanding of IT Service Desk environments, support processes, incident/request management, and operational workflows.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with product and onboarding metrics.

• Proven experience in onboarding, implementation, or deployment-focused Business Analyst roles.

• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.

• Experience with process mapping and diagramming tools (e.g., Visio or similar).

• Experience writing detailed user stories and technical requirements.

• Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms such as ServiceNow, Freshworks, BMC Helix, other.

• Familiarity with APIs and system integrations.

• Understanding of CI/CD principles and modern software development practices.

• Beneficial to have experience working with AI tools and solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and related AI technologies.
