We are building a centralized leasing operation and looking for a driven, people-first leasing professional to join us at our Atlantic Beach headquarters.In this role, you will serve as the remote leasing engine behind our portfolio — generating leads, cultivating prospects, coordinating tours, and closing leases. You will work directly alongside upper management in a dedicated office, equipped with a company laptop, and have real impact on occupancy performance across our communities.What You'll DoCreate, manage, and optimize listings across Facebook Marketplace and other paid marketing channels to attract qualified prospectsField inbound leads and respond promptly and professionally across all marketing platformsEngage prospects with compelling, informative conversations about our communities — amenities, pricing, availability, and lifestyleSchedule and coordinate tours between prospects and on-site leasing staff, ensuring a seamless handoffFollow up post-tour to gauge interest, answer questions, and drive applications and lease signingsGenerate creative marketing activation ideas to build buzz, drive traffic, and increase leasing velocity across the portfolioCollaborate with the Regional Leasing Manager and property teams to align on availability, promotions, and leasing goalsMaintain accurate records of all leads, communications, and outcomes in our systemsWhat We're Looking ForPrior leasing, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred; multifamily experience a plusConfident communicator — comfortable engaging prospects via phone, text, email, and social platformsProficiency with Facebook Marketplace and social media platformsOrganized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple leads and follow-up threads simultaneouslyCreative thinker who brings energy and ideas to the table, not just task executionPositive, professional demeanor that reflects well on the LVL Living brandCompensationHourly rate commensurate with experience$100–$125 lease bonus for every lease you sign — paid on top of your hourly rateThe more you lease, the more you earnBenefitsMedical, Vision & Dental Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanShort-Term & Long-Term Disability InsuranceLife InsuranceInterested?
