What You'll Be Doing
- Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites on time
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers to coordinate deliveries
- Manage the mixing process and ensure product quality meets specifications upon delivery
- Adhere to all safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures
What Are We Looking For
- Valid Class A or B CDL
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and follow DOT regulations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with team members
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and handling equipment
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
