• 🎯 Lead the care journey – Prioritize, coordinate, and manage all aspects of rehabilitation for your patients

• 🧠 Assess with expertise – Perform age-appropriate evaluations and support accreditation standards (CARF and more)

• Maintain accurate daily statistics and billing documentation 💻

• Support compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements ✅
• Serve as a clinical resource to leadership and team members 🧠

🤝 Collaboration & Leadership

• Communicate effectively to support optimal patient outcomes and a positive work environment 💬
• Participate in team conferences, department meetings, and organizational forums 🏥
• Provide guidance to both new and experienced staff 👩‍⚕️
• Assume lead therapist responsibilities when assigned 🎯

✅ What You’ll Need

• 🎓 Degree in Physical Therapy (BS, Master’s, or Doctorate)
• 📍 Current Louisiana Physical Therapist License
• ❤️ Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) – American Heart Association
• 🛡️ Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certification (or obtained upon hire)

🌱 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a rehabilitation or similar clinical setting
• Certifications in specialized areas (manual therapy, dry needling, vestibular rehab, women’s health)
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning 📚
