Reports To:        Slot Technician Manager and/or Slot Department Manager
Department:       Slot Department 
Status:                Nonexempt

Salary:                $17.50-$18.50 per hour 

Full Time Team Member eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life insurance

Position Purpose
Maintain all gaming machines for the quality entertainment of Casino guests.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
•    Check gaming machine repair log daily and service noted machines.
•    Report to Slot Technician Manager any machine left “out of order” and document detailed report.
•    Maintain a log of machines opened and/or tested or repaired, and record repairs made.
•    Adhere to Casino and department policies and procedures at all times.
•    Maintain a professional image at all times.
•    Perform other duties as directed by the Slot Technician Manager, Casino Shift Manager, and Slot Department Manager.
•    Recording and reporting any suspicious activity as defined by the Bank Secrecy Act (Title 31) and Feather Falls Casino Internal control policy Suspicious Activity Compliance Program.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
Education Level – High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Experience – Minimum six months experience in an electronics-related field preferred

Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other employees. 

Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions while providing optimum guest service.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Class A Gaming License (As provided for a nominal fee with a clean background check)

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
