The VIG in Paradise Valley is opening later this some and we are hiring an experienced General Manager that is dedicated to advancing their leadership skills, assisting with building and leading a team, and providing an elevated and exciting dining experience for our guests in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the day-to day operations under the leadership of the Regional Director
- Plan, organize, train, and lead the team as necessary to obtain set goal
- Assist with maintaining and monitoring budgets, P&L’s, and labor goals
- Ensure all guests have a seamless and uninterrupted experience
- Control cash and other receipts by adhering to our cash handling and reconciliation procedures
- Fill in where needed to ensure service and standards are being met
- Prepare all required daily paperwork
- Assist with onboarding and maintaining Team Members
- Provide consistent daily logs on operations, employee events, and HR information

Requirements
Skills Needed:
- Proven Restaurant Management skills
- Ability to lead a team
- Basic knowledge of P&Ls, budgets, projections, and labor
- Preferred 2+ years of Restaurant Management experience
- Ability to work 50 hours per week
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- This position will require a Maricopa County Food Handlers Card
- This position will require a ServSafe Certification or a Title 4 Liquor Certification
