We are now looking for an experienced Senior Mobile Game Engineer to join our team and directly contribute to the continued success and stability of our beloved titles. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the vision and roadmap of games enjoyed by millions of players every day, leveraging data, insights, and creativity to drive product strategy and growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in design, engineering, and analytics to deliver world-class player experiences, while being part of Zynga’s strong product culture where innovation, collaboration, and a player-first mindset are at the heart of everything we do.
What you need?
- BS degree in art, animation, graphic design or related fields
- 3+ years of experience in marketing art or a similar role within the mobile games industry
- Advanced skills in After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Stay ahead of the curve by tracking social media (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram) trends, analyzing competitor creatives, and navigating the ever-evolving mobile gaming ad landscape
- Must be able to work well in extremely fast-paced environment with high volume projects and quick turn-around
- Evaluate creative performance by diving into data, identifying what drives results, and turning insights into clear optimization ideas. Strong understanding of mobile marketing KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPI and hook performance
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, particularly for image, video, sfx and voice generation (e.g., Kling, Veo, ElevenLabs, etc.)
- Having strong intuition for the use of music and sound effects in creative production
What you’ll be doing?
- Manage the creative process from concept to completion
- Work closely with our marketing team to develop the visual identity of the marketing effort and identify emerging outlets, methods and best practices for marketing our titles
- Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies
- Develop art assets for UA and any additional material related to ongoing and future marketing efforts
