Job Summary

Responsibilities:

• Support new product introduction, design changes, process improvements, and test procedures.
• Monitoring and tracking of bone pile.
• Follow-up on work order closures.
• Monitor technology trends and market demand for project planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on feasibility, cost, and customer requirements.
• Develop budgets, forecast costs, and contribute to strategic and AOP planning.
• Define material, equipment, and manpower needs.
• Prioritize and manage production schedules to meet customer demand.
• Coordinate with planning, distribution, and other functions.
• Recruit, develop, and manage production personnel.
• Ensure manufacturing performance meets quality and cost targets.
• Resolve complex operational issues and support decision-making.
• Manage budgets and production schedules.
• Maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations and resolve conflicts to meet plant objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus 3+ years in operations.
• Strong expertise in manufacturing or related technical areas (Backend/ SMT).
• Advanced leadership, process management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of multiple manufacturing processes and cross-functional dependencies.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases).
