## About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious SMTS WLT Technical Lead to join our world-class engineering team in Taiwan. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to lead next-generation advanced packing technologies. ## Responsibilities

In the role of SMTS WLT Technical Lead, you will:

• Lead and drive technical projects passionate about advanced packaging technologies, including lithography, cleaning, deposition, and bonding.
• Deliver technical insight and proficiency to secure smooth implementation of projects.
• Own the entire lifecycle of projects, from initial concept through successful implementation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide training to team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements to keep Micron at the forefront of innovative technology.

## Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A demonstrated history in engineering, concentrating on advanced packaging technologies.
• Significant background in lithography, cleaning, deposition, and bonding processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to own and successfully implement projects.
• Strong capability to guide technical decisions and engage effectively with colleagues.
• A degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, in English and an additional language.
