As a Delivery & Sales Director you will lead business development efforts, shape client engagements, and guide delivery of software and product innovation solutions that support digital transformation and business performance. As a Director you will set strategic direction, translate vision into action, mentor emerging leaders, and make decisions across multiple work streams while maintaining alignment with our values and brand. In this role at PwC, you will draw on your software engineering background to support solution design, coding, testing, and delivery discussions within our Advisory practice, while building client relationships that help identify market opportunities and move work from concept through execution.

Responsibilities

- Driving software engineering delivery efforts that support client growth and product innovation across digital transformation initiatives
- Leading client conversations to shape engagement direction, clarify priorities, and align technical solutions with business outcomes
- Developing software solutions using application architecture, coding, testing, and deployment methods across modern platforms and programming languages
- Guiding teams through software project planning, lifecycle management, and delivery coordination for multiple workstreams
- Translating business requirements into functional designs, technical specifications, and scalable application components
- Advancing solution architecture decisions that support enterprise application integration, API management, and microservices design
- Applying quality assurance testing, code review, and debugging practices to improve application reliability and performance
- Identifying opportunities to streamline business processes through digital tooling, automation, and software modernization
- Supporting business development efforts by shaping proposals, identifying market needs, and advancing technology offerings
- Coaching teams on engineering practices, delivery methods, and technical problem solving while fostering a collaborative environment

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 16-20 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
