  • Document review results, outstanding items, resolutions, and approval status in accordance with established procedures.

  • Release or route project records for billing, accounts payable, payroll, accounting, or closeout once administrative requirements are satisfied.

  • Monitor assigned review queues and aging items to support service-level expectations and timely project completion.

  • Escalate recurring issues, material discrepancies, policy exceptions, and delayed responses to the appropriate manager.

  • Maintain organized, audit-ready records and protect confidential client, employee, vendor, and project information.

  • Assist with reconciliations, reporting, audits, process documentation, and special projects related to mission administration.

  • Recommend practical process improvements that reduce errors, strengthen controls, and improve turnaround time.

  • Two or more years of experience in administrative review, operations support, billing, accounts payable, expense review, project coordination, or a similar detail-oriented role preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and validate information against supporting documentation.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word; experience with enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, expense, or project-management systems is preferred.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to follow up professionally with multiple stakeholders.

  • Ability to prioritize a high volume of work, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy with limited supervision.

  • Demonstrated discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
