Who We Are
_able builds the credit infrastructure connecting capital providers and distribution platforms across emerging markets. We are not a lender, a consumer fintech, or a software vendor. We are the operating layer that lets partners deploy credit and savings products into the channels their customers already use.
Financial access scales when capital, distribution and operations align. _able creates that alignment.
Banks and institutional investors hold capital. MNOs, fintechs, marketplaces, and card issuers hold distribution and rich behavioural data. Neither side can reach millions of underserved people on its own. _able connects them.
The platform runs across three layers:
- Core Infrastructure powers products, transactions and operations.
- Data and Intelligence turns behaviour into decisions, optimisation and growth.
- Portfolio Management manages performance across risk, liquidity, collections and growth.
We have deployed across multiple markets in Africa and proven the model works. We are building toward one outcome: meaningful financial access for hundreds of millions of people.
The Role
Our roadmap is ambitious, with a clear focus on scaling the live portfolio, diversifying products across markets and partners, and strengthening outcomes-driven financial performance.
We are seeking a Partner Success Associate to drive the success of our innovative financial products in Gabon. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role sits at the forefront of managing and nurturing key relationships with strategic partners within Banking and Telco across the region, ensuring that our offerings meet and exceed their expectations.

Our team operates across offices in Dubai, Nairobi, Dar es Salaam, Kampala, Maputo, and Porto, with frequent travel to strengthen connections with colleagues and partners.
We value the impact of working together in person, believing it often delivers results that remote work cannot fully achieve. While work-from-home (WFH) is available for specific requests or situations, our culture emphasises the advantages of being physically present and engaged as a team.
We are entering an exciting phase of hyper-growth, expanding into new markets, scaling operations, and evolving our structures to shape the future of _able in 2026.
