Discover more about what we offer by visiting our Benefits page.A Day In The LifeThe Lead, Vehicle Programs under the leadership of the Manager, Vehicle Programs will support the process to provide business essential, cost effective, charge-back services to associates and business units in the Friedkin affiliated companies. The Lead will 1) manage the distribution of all units coming out of service to the benefit of the company, 2) manage the employee vehicle purchasing program and 3) drive continuous improvement initiatives within the vehicle sales process. 4) disclose repairs in SAP and to the customer/dealer. The Lead will also take action to enhance cross-functional coordination and expand internal communications.As a Lead, Vehicle Programs you will:

  • Effectively communicate program objectives, milestones, and challenges to leadership.
  • Oversee the order of employee vehicle purchases and coordination of the delivery of new vehicles to associates through associate-selected dealers. Properly disclose repairs and inform the customer/dealer.
  • Effectively manage the sale of marketing, field, executive referrals and associate/family vehicle purchases for the Friedkin affiliated companies and their eligible family members.
  • Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
  • Maintain a log of vehicles sold; coordinate delivery and verify accuracy of monthly reporting package.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the vehicle sales process, optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage the sale of new vehicle and company cars to dealers and/or employees.
  • Ensure sales program meets industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Manage maintenance and repairs on specific company owned vehicles.
  • Manage the disposal of company owned vehicles in support of the Ad Valorem process.
  • Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the Enterprise Couriers.
  • Manage the toll process including equipment allocation, billing, and participant payroll deductions.
  • Oversee the administration of special programs including vehicle purchase referrals, special vehicle sales, etc.
  • Fully coordinate and communicate actions within the affiliated companies and with dealers.
  • Help with special projects and company functions as directed.
  • This position may occasionally supervise temporary associates or other project based personnel.

What We Need From You

  • Bachelor's Degree Pref
  • 7-9 years experience in the field or in a related area or possess an equivalent combination of education and/or experience Required
  • Experience in SAP Environment Preferred
  • Detail Oriented · Ability to support change. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively – orally and in writing. 
  • Customer and dealer focused 
  • Proficient in MS Excel skills 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload in order to meet deadlines. 
  • High level of interpersonal skills with demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy

While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required on a daily basis to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the work day and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The associate is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The associate must frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25 pounds.Travel Requirements

  • 20% The associate is occasionally required to travel to other sites, including out-of-state, where applicable, for business.
