Top Reasons to Work at Bimbo Bakeries USA: Salary Range: $94,300 - $122,600 Annual Bonus Eligibility Comprehensive Benefits Package Paid Time Off 401k & Company Match Position Summary: At Bimbo Bakeries USA, Revenue Growth Management is a critical competitive advantage that enables sustainable, profitable growth As Manager, RGM you will play a key role in advancing Revenue Growth Management as a commercial growth enabler for Bimbo Bakeries USA. This role will lead analyses and build recommendations supporting the development and execution of channel, customer, and portfolio strategies, leveraging consumer insights, pricing and promotion analytics, and customer dynamics to identify growth opportunities and drive profitable revenue. The RGM Manager will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category Management, and Strategy teams to translate RGM principles into actionable customer and channel recommendations. The role will be responsible for analyzing market opportunities, developing strategic business cases, generating actionable insights, and supporting the implementation of growth initiatives that enhance both customer value and company profitability. In addition, the Manager will help build RGM capabilities, processes, and best practices across the organization while serving as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable RGM capabilities, frameworks, and ways of working that elevate commercial decision-making Support capability-building initiatives that strengthen RGM knowledge and adoption across the organization Support Customer & Channel RGM Strategy Development Support Promotional Strategy & Performance Drive Strategic Planning & Value Creation Deliver actionable Channel/customer specific Insights that inform commercial decision-making Support core RGM processes (Pricing, Promotion, Trade Investment, Pack-Price Architecture, Mix Mgmt) Build Analytics & Business Cases Support AOP & Commercial Planning Cross-Functional Collaboration Success Measures Delivery insights and recommendations such as channel/customer revenue, mix, and margin strategies Quality and adoption of strategic recommendations Effective integration of RGM principles into business processes Strong x-functional collaboration and stakeholder satisfaction Leadership Competencies: Adapts approach and attitude in real time, according to the changing demands of different situations. Creates a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives. Holds self and others accountable to meet commitments. Education and Work History: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred 5–8 years of relevant experience Strong understanding of RGM levers Strong financial acumen and P&L experience Experience with syndicated data tools Multi-channel experience Self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence across functions, and independently drive results. Strong problem-solving and strategic-thinking capabilities.
