We're looking for motivated and experienced Production Operators to join our growing 1st shift team to support our metal manufacturing operations, including laser cutting, welding, powder coating, and assembly. If you're an experienced operator interested in cross-training to learn new skills, we want to hear from you. Our production schedule will run on a 4-10s shift plan, enabling 3-day weekends.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate equipment such as laser cutters, press brakes, welders, a state-of-the-art powder coat line, conveyors, and mechanical assembly stations
- Ensure high-quality production is achieved to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Work closely with production leads to meet production schedules with minimal disruption
- Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement on the shop floor
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on production experience in a metal manufacturing environment
- Steel furniture manufacturing experience preferred
- Familiarity with any of the following: laser cutting, forming, welding, powder coating and assembly processes
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods in a production environment
- Team player with demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals at all organizational level
