Operations Finance teams use analytics, modeling and data tracking to shape business decisions. Corporate Finance's spectrum of services includes internal and external financial reporting, accounting, taxes, industry analysis, benchmarking, internal audits, and merger and acquisition support.What You'll Do
In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.
This is a high-visibility role on KLA’s dedicated OneStream finance team — and it’s designed to grow the right person’s career! The OneStream Dedicated Finance Senior Analyst will lead strategic finance-systems projects end to end while building deep expertise in KLA’s planning, forecasting, and reporting processes. This role will partner with Finance and IT collaborators to design, implement, and optimize financial planning, forecasting, and reporting solutions. Desired skills include project leadership and communication, business operational improvement, and hands-on OneStream development and administration.
We are specifically looking for a motivated professional who wants to build a long-term finance career while gaining hands-on financial-systems experience. Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of OneStream enhancement projects from requirements through deployment.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and targets.
- Track results and hold project team members (Finance, the OneStream Technical Team, and external consultants) accountable to targets.
- Provide regular status updates to Finance Co-Owners and the OS dedicated team.
Finance Process & Solution Design
- Partner with business owners to define and document current-state and future-state business processes and system designs requirements.
- Seek opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and user experience on KLA finance processes using the OneStream system.
Financial Analysis & Business Partnering
- Support forecast reviews and variance analysis to validate solution accuracy and ensure system solutions reflect real business logic.
- Partner with FP&A analysts to understand planning cycles, business drivers, and reporting needs.
OneStream Development & Administration
Participate as needed in development:
- Design and build metadata and dimensions elements.
- Design and develop business rules, workflows, and data integrations.
Perform data loads, reconciliations, and validation activities.
Testing, Training & Adoption
- Create UAT strategies, test scripts, and validation plans.
- Coordinate and support user acceptance testing.
- Troubleshoot application issues and work with technical resources to resolve defects and enhancements.
- Develop training materials, user guides, and knowledge transfer resources.
- Assist with deployment, end-user training, and post-production support.
Required Qualifications
- Motivated self-starter with a genuine interest in building a long-term career in finance and financial systems.
- Finance foundation: solid understanding of core finance and FP&A processes — budgeting, forecasting, planning, and management reporting.
- Analytical skills: strong problem-solving ability; comfortable working with large data sets and financial models.
- Project management: proven ability to plan, track, and drive deliverables across cross-functional teams, balancing multiple priorities.
- Communication: strong stakeholder-engagement and executive-communication skills.
- Quality approach: high commitment to data integrity; favors sustainable solutions over shortcuts.
- Ownership: demonstrated leadership, organization, accountability, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on OneStream experience — development, administration, or as a power user.
- Experience with other EPM / financial systems (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP, Oracle).
- CAPEX and workforce / people-planning experience.
- System investigation and problem-solving abilities.

Minimum Qualifications
- Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years

Total Rewards
