Junior Order-to-Cash (O2C) Specialist – French & English
Location: Porto, Portugal | Work Model: On-site, Start date:19/11/2026
I am looking for a French and English-speaking Junior O2C Specialist to support finance operations, particularly in Accounts Receivable and the Order-to-Cash process. The role involves assisting with financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, supporting reporting activities, and contributing to efficient accounting operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- At least 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C, or Finance Operations.
- Good knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is an advantage.
- Good French and English communication skills.
Offer:
- Permanent contract after a 3-month trial period.
- Shared accommodation for up to 12 months for eligible candidates relocating from outside Portugal (flight tickets not included).
- Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.
- On-site work in Porto, Portugal.
