Job Description:

The Barista Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day operation of the campus CoxHealth espresso bar operation. Job duties include directing, training, evaluating, and coordinating staff to accomplish all daily tasks. This includes preparation of products, labor, and inventory management of the CoxHealth espresso bar locations. Acts in accordance with the Missouri Food Code in regard to all processes.

Education:

• Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience

Experience:

• Preferred: 2 year’s experience in food services OR previous barista or leadership experience

 Skills:

• Basic reading and writing skills and able to do simple math
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to follow
• Directions and work together as a team player
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to move quickly
• Excellent customer service
