The Head of PMO is responsible for establishing and leading the company's overall project management control system across multiple Government and Private Sector projects.

The main purpose is to ensure that management has accurate, up-to-date information about every project's schedule, budget, costs, profitability, risks, documentation, and performance.

This role works closely with Project Managers, Finance, Engineering, Business Operations, Procurement, Quality, Safety, and Commercial teams to identify problems early, control costs, protect project profits, and ensure that all project records are complete and auditable.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 15 years of direct experience in Project Controls, Project Planning & Controls, Cost Control, or related disciplines.
• Leadership: Experience leading a Project Controls or PMO Controls team/function is required.
• Industry: Experience in System Integration, ICT, Engineering, Infrastructure, Construction, Data Centers, Transportation, Power & Utilities, or EPC projects is strongly preferred.
• Financial Skills: Strong knowledge of budgets, actual costs, forecasts, cost variances, project revenue, profit margins, billing, and cash flow.
• Project Management Skills: Strong knowledge of project scheduling, progress tracking, baseline control, risk management, change management, and project recovery.
• Document Control: Experience managing document registers, revisions, approvals, project records, and contractual evidence.
• Leadership & Reporting: Ability to manage multiple projects, challenge Project Managers constructively, analyze performance, and provide recommendations to senior management.
• English: Good written and spoken English for management reports, contractual documents, and communication with international stakeholders.

The Head of PMO should ensure that:

• Management has reliable, timely visibility of every critical project.
• Project delays, cost overruns, and margin risks are identified early.
• Project budgets, schedules, billing, and cash flow are properly controlled.
• Project documentation is complete, traceable, and ready for audits or contractual claims.
• Project Managers are accountable for results and corrective actions.
• PMO, Project Controls, and Document Control work together as one integrated system.
