Responsibilities include:
- Daily operations of restaurant
- Managing all areas in front and back of house
- Hiring, training, retaining, and developing Team Members to take on advanced roles
- Holding Team Members accountable to operational and quality standards
- Ensuring food quality
- Managing food and labor cost budgets
- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness of the restaurant, inside and out
- Ensuring your team provides a great Customer experience
Compensation Description:
- Salary: From $55,000 depending on experience
- Monthly Bonus: Potential of $800 per month depending on performance
- Monthly Sales Bonus: Potential based on sales increases and performance

Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Requirements High School diploma or GED.
- QSR experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and build a great team.
- Must be reliable and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
