Job Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Keep the pulse of customer satisfaction
- Respond to customer’s inquiries in a timely manner. Take the lead as a first PIC for customers
- Work with internal/external customers to create an exceptional customer service experience
- Manage account/customer expectations
- Work with internal and external customers for Corrective and Preventative Actions
- Help craft and create KPI customer specific reporting and scorecards
- Build and maintain rapport with customers to fulfill their requirements
Operations/Distribution
- Process Stock In/Out in SAP
- Work with LFS internal customers on process improvements
- Help craft account SOPs and Work Instructions
- Assist in distribution and operations as needed
Administration
- CAPA Reporting
- KPI management
- Assist with Quotation, RFQ and RFI
- Sales support
- Undertake other duties as requested
Job Requirements
- Possess at least GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Levels or a Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Air and Sea Freight Operations, with a strong focus on customer service and stakeholder management.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Prior supervisory or people management experience will be an added advantage.
