I’m recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established law firm with an excellent reputation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor looking to take the next step in their career, develop lasting client relationships and work towards a potential partnership.

The Opportunity

• Manage a varied commercial property caseload and related transactions.
• Build and develop long-term client relationships.
• Take ownership of billing and contribute to business development.
• Work closely with the Partners and wider team.
• Play an active role in the continued growth of the firm.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with approximately 5–10 years’ PQE in Commercial Property.
• Strong technical knowledge and a proven billing track record.
• Confident managing your own caseload and client relationships.
• Commercially aware, personable and proactive.
• Ambitious, with an interest in business development and future partnership.

The Package

• Salary up to £70,000, depending on experience.
• Genuine partnership prospects.
• Potential for up to two days working from home.
• 35-hour working week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
• Company pension and on-site parking.
• Supportive and friendly working environment.
