Gallagher is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical International Benefits Analyst to support the delivery of high-quality client service within our Benefits practice. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of benefit plan administration activities, including document review, renewals, reporting, and client communications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys working with data and documentation, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and client service excellence are essential. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with internal consultants, analysts, and clients while supporting the delivery of tailored insurance and benefits solutions.
How you'll make an impact
- Review and compare benefit plan documents to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and clients to clarify discrepancies and obtain required information.
- Populate, update, and maintain renewal documents with accurate and up-to-date data.
- Prepare professional presentations and client-ready materials for meetings, renewals, and internal reviews.
- Maintain accurate client records and update coverage information within client management systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of renewals and policy updates.
- Facilitate the monthly delivery of Client Coverage Acknowledgements (CCA) and Compensation Disclosure documentation.
- Ensure all client documentation is complete, accurate, and delivered within established timelines.
- Generate, analyze, and distribute monthly reports, including business metrics, client activity, and operational reporting.
- Support internal and external client communications related to renewals, documentation, and ongoing service activities.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service, benefits administration, insurance, account management support, or a related role.
- Experience working with benefit plans, insurance documentation, renewals, or client administration processes is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using client management systems, reporting tools, or CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or other AI-powered productivity tools is preferred.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
