Overview

Position Type: Full Time, On-Site

Pay: $31 to $37 per hour, DOE

Schedule: Flexible - 4 x 10-12 hour shifts per week: Mon - Thur, Sun optional.

Location: 130 Calo Lane, Lake Ozark, MO 65049

You'll combine clinical expertise with administrative excellence to help ensure students receive high-quality, coordinated care.

 

Calo Programs is a nationally recognized residential treatment organization dedicated to helping young people heal from developmental trauma through an innovative, relationship-based treatment model. You'll join a collaborative team focused on compassion, growth, trust, and meaningful outcomes for students and families.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate psychiatric appointment scheduling and follow-up
  • Document appointments and clinical information in the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Communicate with parents and guardians regarding treatment appointments and outcomes
  • Draw laboratory specimens and obtain vital signs
  • Support medication and nursing-related processes in accordance with established procedures
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatric, nursing, clinical, and operational teams
  • Maintain accurate records, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare standards

Qualifications

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license, in good standing
  • Nursing experience, preferably in behavioral health
  • Experience with EMR/EHR systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Commitment to teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning
  • Minimum HS Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must be 21 years old or older to qualify for this job
