Requirements for the role:

- The right candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fully trained and certified in HACCP.
- Full understanding of budgeting and labour costs.
- Ideally, the right candidate would have a creative license to create new menus and deliver the finest food West Cork has to offer.
- We are looking for a passionate person to be a leader in a really busy kitchen environment.
- Accommodation is available for this position if needed.
Compensation:
- This position offers a salary between €50000 to €60000 depending on experience.
- Bonuses for waste control and labour cost management.
- All tips are shared equally between kitchen and front-of-house staff.
