Description

For our showroom in Vienna, we are looking for you as Retail Manager (m/f/x) for Austria, Switzerland and Poland.

 

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Direct Management of all Store Managers, including recruitment, training, coaching, daily support, operations and management
  • Define and implement strategic objectives for Store Managers in alignment with company leadership, setting both qualitative and quantitative goals to drive success
  • Analyse key retail performance indicators (KPIs), leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimise sales performance, and enhance overall store efficiency
  • Conduct field visits in accordance with the company´s guidelines
  • Monitor inventory results, develop action plans with management and stores to improve results
  • Support all operational activities related to the opening/renovation/closing of new stores and the roll-out of projects in your area
  • Execute and drive the company's strategic initiatives, ensuring business objectives are met through effective planning and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Visual Merchandising, Retail Merchandising, and other relevant departments to align efforts and achieve company-wide goals. Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions, optimizing retail performance, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company in all interactions and fostering strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and business partners.

 

Your Profile

 

  • Experience in retail (multi-site) and ability to adapt to different local/international realities, with a strong ability to optimise operations, boost sales, and ensure excellent store performance
  • Strategic leadership and management skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering collaboration across different levels of the organization and creating a motivating and productive work environment
  • Deep knowledge of and strong interest in the brand world, with a keen eye on market trends and innovative strategies
  • Strong commercial acumen and customer-centric mindset, focused on delivering an exceptional shopping experience that drives customer loyalty
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally
  • Fluency in German and English

For this position, we offer a gross monthly salary of at least €4,300 for full-time work, in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement for retail employees. Depending on your qualifications and prior experience, we are willing to pay above the standard rate.
