  • A 12‑month fixed-term opportunity working directly for Rio Tinto
  • A competitive base salary reflective of your skills and experience with an annual incentive program
  • Comprehensive medical benefits including subsidised private health insurance for employees and immediate family
  • Attractive share ownership plan and company-provided insurance cover
  • Extensive salary sacrifice and salary packaging options

  • Leave for all of life's reasons
  • Exclusive employee discounts (banking, accommodation, cars, retail and more)

Where you'll be working

You will be part of Rio Tinto's Global Tax Transformation & Operations team, which supports tax compliance, reporting and transformation activities across multiple jurisdictions. Based in Perth (preferred), with Brisbane considered, you will work closely with colleagues across the global tax function, finance teams, operational stakeholders and external advisers to deliver high-quality tax outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives.
