Are you passionate about e-commerce content, digital shelf excellence, and delivering best-in-class consumer experiences across markets? Join us as an E-Content Expert and play a key role in scaling Oral Care Europe's e-content capabilities across multiple brands, retailers, and markets.


In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of e-commerce content operations, content adaptation, digital shelf excellence, and technology ensuring high-quality e-content is efficiently adapted, localized, and deployed across European markets. You'll collaborate with agencies, market teams, brand teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure content is executed flawlessly while meeting both global standards and local market needs.


What You'll Do


Lead Content Localization Across Europe

  • Coordinate the adaptation and localization of digital content across multiple European markets.
  • Act as the key link between brand teams, local markets, and external agencies.
  • Turn business and retailer requirements into clear and actionable briefs.
  • Manage project timelines, priorities, and approvals to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks to accelerate content deployment and improve operational efficiency.

 

Deliver Outstanding E-Commerce Content

  • Ensure all content meets global brand standards while addressing local market needs.
  • Review and validate content quality before publication across retailer platforms.
  • Monitor retailer requirements and digital commerce trends to keep content best-in-class.

 

Champion E-Content Superiority & Performance Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for constant content quality improvement, shopper experience, and digital shelf execution.
  • Coordinate the execution of e-content A/B tests, including test setup, stakeholder alignment, retailer coordination, and deployment.
  • Analyze results and share actionable insights with brand and local teams, keeping best practices up-to-date
  • Conduct ongoing competitive benchmarking to monitor trends, retailer innovations, and best-in-class digital shelf executions.
  • Support the implementation of new tools, automation capabilities, and AI-powered solutions to improve content creation and adaptation efficiency.

 

Collaborate across teams & support with operational processes

  • Serve as a day-to-day contact and build strong partnerships with agencies, market teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Drive alignment and accountability across multiple projects and markets.
  • Facilitate reviews and approvals with brand, legal, regulatory, and local market teams.
  • Support operational processes, including governance, documentation, and budget administration.

 

Job Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in e-commerce content management and localization, digital marketing, and project management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with external partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive projects from planning through execution.
  • Experience with tools such as Excel, project management platforms (e.g Asana), and content management systems (e.g DAM, PIM, Syndigo).
  • Understanding of e-commerce and digital shelf best practices.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Interest in AI content creation, digital innovation, and emerging content technologies.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English.
