As a Business Insights Analyst - Digital Solutions, you will partner with the Supply Management team to enhance data integrity, drive digital transformation, and improve business processes through analytics, automation, and technology solutions. Your Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making
- Develop and implement digital solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and related technologies to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes
- Lead and support Supply Management initiatives by identifying opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and analytics to improve business performance
- Manage and maintain reporting tools, systems, and governance processes to ensure data integrity, reliability, and compliance with established standards
- Analyze business data and processes to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations that support operational and strategic objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver effective business solutions
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes, technologies, and reporting capabilities to drive innovation and operational excellence
- Provide knowledge sharing, coaching, and support to team members while promoting analytical and digital capabilities across the department
Your Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard development, and data visualization best practices
- Strong experience developing business solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate to automate workflows and improve business processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Experience working with large datasets while maintaining high standards of data quality, governance, and accuracy
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions and levels of the organization
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a growth mindset and passion for leveraging technology to drive business value
Your Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience developing reporting, automation, and digital solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and/or Microsoft Fabric
- Post-secondary education in Business, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in procurement or supply chain environments, SCMP designation (or enrollment in the program), and advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications are considered assets
The expected annual salary range for this position is $66,267 - $87,804. Placement within the range will be based on relevant experience, qualifications and skills.
