Customer Service Representative - Service BDC - Sunset Cadillac of Bradenton

Sunset Automotive Group has an immediate openings for a motivated team member in our Business Development Center. In this position, you will be responding to customers who contact us by phone, email, or online chat to answer questions and set appointments for our service center. You will also make outgoing calls to current clients to remind them they are due for service and get them scheduled.

Some experience with automotive service is preferred but not required. Previous success in a BDC Center or a related position such as a Call Center-Inside Sales-Customer Service-Marketing-Lead Conversion is required.

Successful candidates will have ability to multi-task, be a team player, have a pleasant personality and experience working with customers by email and over the phone. $18-20/hr. X-time, Reynolds, OnTrac experience helpful.

BDC Associate Duties

As an Automotive BDC Representative, outstanding customer service skills are required. In this position, you will:

• Monitor and respond to internet and phone inquiries
• Determine each customer's vehicle service needs by active listening
• Make outgoing calls to current clients for reminders and to set appointments
• Learn, understand, and follow call and email scripts
• Set, confirm, and follow up on appointments
• Perform satisfaction surveys with customers
• Other duties as required

• Intermediate computer proficiency
• Verifiable work history
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong English skills
